SEC. That in the case of newspapers or other peri42. odicals, one copy of each issue shall be deposited within 37s 175e clays after the clate of publicntion for the use of the Library of Congress, which may be registered if 37signals llc by an application and remittance as provided in section 36: Provided, That if several editions of said newspapers are published on one day, a 37s of any one of said editions shall be in compliance with this section.
